Ceremony Information

Your future is now and now is the time for you to have the kind of ceremony you’ve always dreamed of and wanted. The ceremony we create together will be relevant to your own experiences you had in life thus far. It will reflect traditions and values that you hold dear to your heart. Your ceremony is a reflection and expression of who you are and what the two of you are creating together.

As I said above I will be guided by your thoughts and wishes. Not those of mine. My job is strictly to give guidance and suggestions and to make sure YOUR day is fun, festive and full of joy. This is the day the two of you will forever treasure. It is also the day that before family and friends you commit yourselves to each other. It will be a memorable event for everyone. My intention is to make sure that the ceremony I create with you has true meaning for you.

My rate is based on the level of service provided. As you will see on my couples pages, our bride and grooms are more than happy with the results. I give it my all and you end up the happy couple! 🙂

**Important Information**

I work on a first come, first served basis.

I require a Non- Refundable Save the Date Retainer to confirm the date, time, and location of the ceremony. The remainder is due 24 hours before the ceremony. Or you may pay all at once.

I now donate 5% of all proceeds to the charity of your choice (listed below).

These are carefully chosen charities culled from Charity Navigator as representing interest in the world and the people/charities that deliver.

These specific charities exemplify what charities should be doing and that is taking care of the world the best they can. Meaning the majority of their money goes to the intended recipients and not the head honchos pockets!

So please let me know which charity you’d like me to donate to and consider it done with a follow up email verification to you.

For a intimate ceremonies a non refundable retainer is $200 is required in order to Save the Date. For the larger ceremonies $300. Leaving you to pay the remainder of what is owed plus travel expenses.

These will be paid either at the rehearsal or if I am performing a smaller ceremony for you before I conduct the service. At these times I will also need to be handed your wedding license too. This way I don’t forget and the minute you are married you are off enjoying yourself and your guest without any delay.

Travel cost is $1 per mile for all weddings.

Out of state wedding, after 3pm, overnight lodging is requested.

Holiday/Special Weddings

Any weddings held on the holidays require an extra $200.00, unless otherwise discussed. Holidays are for family time and I cherish mine. 🙂

As Valentines Day is a day for Lovers, I perform all my weddings for FREE at a pre-determined venue of my choice. For more information, click here!
St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day and Halloween are $50.00 extra.

For extra special occasions like that of a ceremony on a mountain top or a hot air balloon ceremony special consideration is given and compensation discussed. I am always up for everything so ask away. I am also discreet!

All active Military receives a $100 discount on any package. They  deserve it!! **Only one discount per couple**

Ceremonies should start and end as close as possible to the agreed time and no more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. If it goes beyond that I charge $50 per half hour.

I encourage rehearsals as there is just so much to go over. My mission is to make sure that YOUR day will end up being stress free. With a rehearsal you get all the kinks out so that on the day of your ceremony everything runs smoothly, every thing looks effortless to your guest and you completely enjoy the day!!! I will always make sure that your day is full of Fun, Joy & Love. What’s the point if it’s not…right!
